Social Media Campaign & Strategy Manager

What You’ll Do

Relate Search has partnered with a longstanding financial institution that is reimagining how it connects with customers, employees, and the communities it serves. As Social Media Campaign & Strategy Manager, you’ll shape its voice and presence across social platforms, turning business priorities into content people want to engage with. You’ll work closely with leaders across marketing, communications, product, and other teams to bring major campaigns and everyday stories to life. This is an opportunity to influence the future of social for a highly visible consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Shape the social media strategy and roadmap, connecting channel plans to brand, growth, reputation, and business goals.
\n
• Lead content strategy, editorial planning, and platform-specific creative across social channels.
\n
• Partner with teams across the organization to turn product launches, community initiatives, and company stories into engaging content.
\n
• Establish publishing workflows, governance, and response practices that support consistent, responsible communication in a regulated industry.
\n
• Use audience insights, social listening, and performance data to improve campaigns and report results to leadership.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• At least 7 years of experience in social media, brand, content, or digital marketing for a consumer-facing organization.
\n
• Experience building and leading social media programs, including content strategy, channel planning, and performance measurement.
\n
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex topics clear and engaging.
\n
• Familiarity with social management and listening tools, platform analytics, and the requirements of managing an organization’s public presence.
\n
• Strong judgment and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
\n
