Role Description The Social Media Manager is a contract, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for managing and growing Shiloh & Bros’ presence across social platforms. This role includes planning and publishing daily content, writing engaging captions, scheduling posts, and optimizing publishing times. The Social Media Manager will monitor comments and messages, engage with the community, and collaborate with the creative team to align social content with ongoing video releases and brand initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, refining social media strategies based on analytics, identifying trends and creator collaborations, and ensuring that all content remains consistent with the brand’s family-friendly voice and values.\n
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience growing and engaging online communities.

• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to video-driven, family-friendly entertainment.

• Excellent Writing and Communication skills for captions, community engagement, and internal collaboration.
\n
• Experience managing multiple social platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and using scheduling and analytics tools.
\n
• Understanding of current social media trends, short-form video formats, and creator/influencer ecosystems.
\n
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• Prior experience in entertainment, digital content, or creator-led brands is beneficial.
\n
• Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN and collaborate effectively with a small, creative team.
