Title: Social Media Analytics & Operations Coordinator

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days on site)

Location: New York, NY 10001

Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension)

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Social Media Analytics & Operations Coordinator to support a global social media program within a leading financial services organization.
\n
• This role will focus primarily on social media analytics, reporting, and insights, with additional responsibility for publishing workflows, governance, and social media operations
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Analyze organic social media performance across global channels and campaigns.
\n
• Build recurring reports, dashboards, benchmarks, and performance summaries.
\n
• Translate social media data into actionable insights and recommendations.
\n
• Analyze engagement, reach, audience growth, content performance, and campaign results.
\n
• Support social media publishing, scheduling, approvals, documentation, and platform administration.
\n
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and other stakeholders.
\n
• Maintain social media processes, governance documentation, and operational controls.
\n
• Use AI and automation tools to improve reporting and recurring workflows.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree required.
\n
• 2–4 years of experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, social media operations, or marketing analytics.
\n
• Experience with social media analytics/reporting and dashboarding.
\n
• Experience with tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar.
\n
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
\n
• Comfortable working in a structured or regulated environment
