The Role

Eskiin is looking for a Head of Social to own our organic social presence. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, your job is simple: make great content, make our brand likeable, and turn that content into organic reach that grows the business.

You'll run our core channels, Instagram and TikTok, with content built mainly around Reels, and repurpose it across Facebook and Snapchat. You'll build the content pillars that define how Eskiin shows up, from a beauty and health podcast to influencer partnerships to content that makes the brand look great and earns organic impressions. We treat social media like a business: how many organic impressions you drive each month, what that content costs to produce, and how it compares to what we'd pay for the same reach in paid media. This is a hands on do-er role. Not a management role. You will be the CEO of this department and have full ownership and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own Eskiin's organic social strategy across Instagram and TikTok.
\n
• Create and publish content, mainly Reels, and repurpose it across Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
\n
• Build and run our content pillars, including a beauty and health podcast, influencer and creator content, and brand content.
\n
• Grow organic impressions, reach, and engagement month over month.
\n
• Track what content costs to make and what it delivers, measured against a paid-media CPM.
\n
• Partner with influencers and creators to extend the brand's reach.
\n
• Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and what's working in beauty and wellness.
\n
• Work closely with the CEO and marketing team on launches, campaigns, and brand moments.
\n
• Plan, coordinate, and travel to pop-ups and in-person brand activations, and turn them into content that drives organic reach.

What We're Looking For

\n
• 3-5+ years running social for a consumer brand.
\n
• Willing and able to travel for pop-ups, events, and content shoots.
\n
• Hands-on expertise with TikTok and Instagram, especially short-form video and Reels.
\n
• Proof of results. Come with receipts: a portfolio and screenshots showing what you grew at previous brands.
\n
• A personal brand or creator presence of your own. You know how to make content yourself, not just manage it.
\n
• Strong creative instincts, paired with comfort with the numbers.
\n
• An A player: proactive, fast-moving, and ready to own a channel end to end.
\n
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer goods is a plus.
\n
• Based in South Florida preferred; open to remote for an exceptional candidate.
